Owner & Founder
Owner and founder, Heidi Roth, is passionate about coffee, creating experiences that bring people together, and having fun!
She and her husband, Luke, live in North Canton and have 3 adult children. When Heidi is not creating coffee, you can find her adventuring with her family, playing board games, or out shopping and chatting with her girlfriends.
About Pivot & Grace
For many years, Heidi dreamed of owning her own coffee shop - one where she could share her love of creating coffee with others while fostering an absolutely positive and encouraging experience that made each person's day just a little bit brighter.
A couple years ago, Heidi heard Jon Gordon talk about the importance of choosing one word to be the focal point for each year. So, in 2023 she chose the word "pivot" - largely because pivot seemed to be something Heidi did often in her career (being a mom, then teacher, then business professional, then business owner). However, and maybe more importantly, Heidi shares that she is learning to pivot in her mindset, through challenges and the unexpected - to choose the positive focus of her thoughts and attitude.
Then, in 2024, she chose "grace" for her word of the year - knowing that she is in need of God's grace , learning to fully accept that grace, and then remembering to extend that grace to others.
Since these words have been so impactful in her life, Heidi's husband suggested she make them part of her dream coffee business - hence, Pivot & Grace Coffee Company was born.
